We come together to give thanks and share.
In the spirit of the season, MediThrive is giving frozen turkeys to those who are financially struggling this November. If you are interested, reserve your bird right away!
Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, MediThrive wants to give back to our community. We want those in need to enjoy a proper Thanksgiving feast.
**Turkeys are limited**
What: Turkeys will be given to families in need at no cost.
Reservations Required
When: Tuesday, November 16th from 9AM – 1PM
Where: 1933 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA
Why: To gobble gobble it up on Thanksgiving
One turkey per family limit. Make your reservation as soon as possible.
How do I reserve a turkey?
Reply to this email with:
1. Your Full Name (or the name of the person picking up the turkey if different)
2. Your address (the one on your ID card)
We collect this information to ensure that everyone receives their turkey.
That’s it.
We will respond to your email with a confirmation of your reservation.
We cannot promise that everyone who reserves a turkey will receive a confirmation email.
Turkeys are limited. Hurry and make your reservation right away.
Reserve by: Tuesday, November 12th, 2021
If we have reached our maximum reservation limit and cannot accept your reservation, we will notify you.
COVID-19 Safety Guidelines:
For the safety of everyone involved, our staff will be wearing masks and gloves.
We ask that all participants wear masks and stand 6 feet apart.
